Maplehill School and Community Farm were established in 1966 as part of Elmhill, Inc — a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to helping the at-risk teens in Plainfield and the surrounding communities. Today, Elmhill's mission includes being a tool for healing, education, and sustainable living. Please check out all of our programs!

Maplehill Community Farm in the spring is beautiful and every year we invite the community to join us at there to plant, eat and celebrate the coming summer season. This year we welcome Vermont Legislator Gaye Symington from 11 to 1, who will be part of a discussion on alternative education and land-based sustainability. Please join us for that conversation at noon along with a bountiful potluck afterwards.
