Elmhill recognizes that our elders are an important part of our communities and have much to offer in both life experience and wisdom. They deserve our appreciation and support. With our developing capacity to grow quality organic food, we have established our Elder Program to include senior citizens in sharing the bounty of our harvest. We reach out to these elder members of the community by cultivating intergenerational relationships, providing meals and food packages to individuals and assisting the local senior center in ongoing activities. Elmhill continues to increase the number of elders that we help and welcomes direct contact with anyone who would like to participate.
